What happens to the money in My Balances?
The funds visible on My Balances physically reside in Cash Connect’s bank accounts and are completely secure. They are not used to fund the operations of the service, but are used solely for currency exchange transactions.
What is My Balances and how does it work?
My Balances is where you manage the money you transfer into your Cash Connect accounts. All the money you deposit into these accounts is immediately visible in your Balances. From My Balances, you can manage these funds, exchange them for another currency or withdraw them to your bank account.
